Job Title: Billing Executive Location: Talegaon Dabhade Experience: 1-2 years Education: B.Com/M.Com Skills Required: Tally Knowledge Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, payments, and financial transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in billing operations, proficiency in Tally , and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Generate and process invoices accurately and timely. Maintain and update financial records using Tally software. Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing queries. Assist with tax filings and documentation as required. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce ( B.Com/M.Com ). 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related roles. Proficiency in Tally for managing financial transactions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Basic knowledge of GST and taxation is an added advantage. Salary: 20k to 25k Working Hours: 9.30 to 6.30 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/05/2025
