Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Billing Associate located in Puducherry. The Billing Associate will be responsible for processing billing statements, preparing and sending invoices, and managing financial records. Additional day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate billing information, communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Finance-related skills and knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with accounting software is a plus
