Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Assistance:
  • Greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide directions and hotel information as needed.
  • Luggage Handling:
  • Load and unload luggage from guest vehicles.
  • Tag and store luggage in the luggage room if required.
  • Deliver luggage and messages to guest rooms efficiently.
  • Lobby Management:
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and entrance area.
  • Be present and alert at the lobby to welcome arriving guests.
  • Assist guests with wheelchairs, baby strollers, etc.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate with front office staff for guest room readiness.
  • Inform housekeeping for any special guest requirements.
  • Work closely with concierge for guest transportation needs.
  • Other Duties:
  • Report lost & found items immediately.
  • Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Perform errands and small tasks for guests or departments as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
  • Basic knowledge of English and local language.
  • Polite, well-groomed, and physically fit.
  • Prior hotel experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,327.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
