Deliver messages, packages, or room service items as needed. Maintain cleanliness of lobby and luggage storage areas. Arrange taxi or transportation upon guest request. Report any guest complaints or concerns to management. Ensure guest satisfaction by offering assistance and information. Handle guest luggage with care and professionalism. Provide directions or local area information when required.
