Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through market research and outreach.
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct introductory calls to explain our products/services and understand customer needs.
Schedule meetings or product demos with senior sales staff.
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
Support the sales and marketing teams in achieving business targets

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
