Key Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and service roles , preferably in battery (lead acid/lithium) or solar manufacturing sectors. Must be a graduate Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states in India . Strong communication, technical, and customer-handling skills. Ability to independently manage field operations and build long-term client relationships. Knowledge of inverter, solar systems, or energy storage products is a plus.
