About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, sales, execution, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing banquet events efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all banquet activities, from planning to execution
• Supervise banquet staff and ensure seamless service during events
• Collaborate with chefs, vendors, and event planners for smooth event delivery
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability of banquet supplies
• Handle client requirements, last-minute changes, and feedback professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet halls and equipment
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules
