Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Engage with banking partners to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads . Conduct financial needs analysis and provide expert life insurance advisory services . Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products such as term plans , ULIPs , and investment-linked insurance based on the clients profile. Execute effective cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase product penetration. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and regular financial planning sessions . Meet assigned sales targets , KPIs, and ensure high conversion rates . Educate clients on the importance of financial planning , wealth protection , and insurance benefits . Stay up to date with IRDAI regulations , market trends , and insurance industry developments. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline ( BBA/B.Com preferred ); Minimum 1 year of sales experience , preferably in insurance / BFSI / financial services . Proven track record of target achievement and lead conversion . Strong communication , presentation , and negotiation skills. Sound knowledge of insurance products , banking processes , and retail financial services . Ability to work independently and collaborate with partner bank teams . Preferred candidate profile
