Bakery Chef

1. Teaching & Training

• Instruct students in the art of baking—breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.
• Demonstrate baking techniques, use of equipment, and hygiene practices.
• Create lesson plans, practical schedules, and evaluation methods.
• Guide students in hands-on practice and skill development.

2. Recipe Development

• Develop and standardize recipes for training purposes.
• Innovate modern and traditional bakery products.
• Ensure recipes suit various skill levels (basic to advanced).

3. Classroom & Kitchen Management

• Prepare ingredients, tools, and equipment before each class.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor student activities and ensure proper food handling.

4. Student Evaluation & Support

• Assess student progress through practical and written tests.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve.
• Motivate and inspire students to pursue careers in baking and pastry arts.

5. Event & Competition Preparation

• Train students for bakery competitions or internal school events.
• Help organize bakery exhibitions, live demos, and workshops.

6. Inventory & Supplies

• Manage stock of ingredients and materials used in training.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality control of raw materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
