Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Support Executive to handle the internal support operations of our logistics business. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and system-handling skills to ensure seamless backend functioning and support to the frontline teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update data in internal systems accurately and on time. Coordinate with field teams, hubs, and franchisees for timely issue resolution. Prepare and share reports related to deliveries, performance, and exceptions. Respond to internal queries and provide backend support for day-to-day operations. Monitor order flow and allocation, and escalate discrepancies as needed. Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining digital records.
