Job Description

As a Backend Engineer (Founding Engineer) at Zintlr, you will have the unique opportunity to build critical components of our cutting-edge AI product from the ground up. You'll play a key role in shaping the infrastructure to handle millions of data requests per hour, working closely with our Lead Architect and Product Owner to bring innovative features to life.This is not just another backend roleit's a chance to be at the forefront of creating a scalable, impactful product in the fast-growing 'people intelligence' space. Your contributions will directly influence the product's success and the experience of thousands of users globally.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Django and Python.
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Practical experience deploying solutions on GCP or AWS.
Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in building backend applications or products.
Passion for programming, with a proactive and organized approach to work.

Responsibilities

Build critical components of a scalable, high-performance AI system.
Develop and maintain infrastructure to handle millions of data requests per hour.
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code with minimal oversight.
