Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and proactive B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role focused on onboarding creators through outbound efforts and introducing them to our platform. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, helping creators understand our app and offerings before handing them off to the Brand Relationship Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to content creators, influencers, and partners to pitch Grynow's services.

· Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with creators.

· Explain and demo the Grynow app/platform – including features, benefits, and how it works.

· Address basic queries and build rapport with creators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

· Handover engaged and onboarded creators to the internal Brand Relationship Management team for campaign execution.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and interactions in internal tools.

· Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups and process improvement.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

· High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for influencer marketing and digital trends.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust over phone and video calls.

· Comfortable using apps and digital tools for presentations and demos.

· Prior experience in telesales, influencer marketing, or client-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
