Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Business Development Define and execute long-term sales strategies to grow MICE business across domestic and international markets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through corporate clients, associations, and trade partnerships. Build, nurture, and lead a high-performing MICE sales team across locations. Develop tailored MICE offerings, in collaboration with product, ticketing, and operations teams. Drive brand positioning and visibility in the MICE domain via participation in trade shows, B2B events, and strategic partnerships. Client Relationship & Sales Management Lead key account acquisition and high-value corporate relationship management. Ensure excellent client service standards, from proposal to post-event delivery.
