The Event Sales position at The Qwerty Ink is ideal for individuals with 1-6 years of experience, based in Lower Parel. The Qwerty Ink is a renowned global brand management firm established in 2016, specializing in end-to-end brand strategies and solutions for startups to MNCs, aiding them in enhancing their brand stories and achieving remarkable returns. As an Event Sales professional, your primary responsibilities will revolve around event strategy and planning. You will be tasked with crafting and implementing comprehensive event strategies that align with business objectives. Your role will involve identifying new event opportunities across various formats to maximize brand exposure and lead generation. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial to define event goals, KPIs, and target audiences effectively. A significant aspect of your role will focus on lead generation through events. You will design and execute events aimed at driving quality leads for sales pipelines. Close coordination with sales and marketing teams is essential to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria. Monitoring and reporting on event ROI, including lead conversion rates and revenue impact, will be part of your routine tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for collaboration and partnership management. Identifying, approaching, and securing strategic event partnerships and collaborations will be key. Managing relationships with partner organizations, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders, as well as negotiating contracts and partnership agreements, will be vital for mutual benefit and maximum exposure. Event management and execution are crucial aspects of the role. Overseeing end-to-end event management, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, branding, and on-site operations, will be under your purview. Ensuring timely delivery of all events within scope and budget, along with managing post-event evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, are essential tasks. Collaboration with content and design teams to create engaging event promotional materials and driving marketing campaigns across various stages are integral to the role. Leveraging social media, email marketing, and digital channels to amplify event reach is a key aspect of promoting events successfully. The ideal candidate will possess experience in B2B events, trade shows, conferences, and large-scale collaborations. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize lead generation performance are required. A creative mindset with a passion for innovation in event formats and audience engagement is highly valued.
