Job Description

Seeking candidates from workday, SAP successfactors, Oracle HCM cloud, darwinbox, zoho, rippling, greythr, peoplestrong, zaggle, Zimyo ...basically we looking for HRtech SaaS Sales people preferably with 8-12 years of enterprise experience

About the role:

  • Strategically acquire new clients by fostering trust-based relationships with senior HR executives to comprehend their key priorities and identify opportunities to provide client value through the Digital portfolio.
  • Manage the entire SaaS sales cycle, from prospect identification to closure and the transition of new accounts to the account management team.
  • Build a strong understanding of the solution and a deep understanding of the customer value proposition and our key differentiators.
  • Collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure a seamless handoff of business.
  • Oversee the assigned region of net new prospects with no existing spend with company.
  • Responsible for generating and qualifying leads, as well as business development.
  • Conduct client calls and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
  • Create, track and update opportunities in the CRM.
  • Demonstrate diligence in following up with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities with organizations across your region, from initial outreach to closing.
  • Convert potential prospects into active digital clients, managing the entire sales conversation and negotiation, leading to the transition of new clients to the account management team.
  • Continuously build a high-quality pipeline to meet your sales metrics and ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Accountable for sales quota in your designated region.
  • Manage complex, high-revenue sales across diverse business environments.
  • Take ownership of forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an individual contributor in the quota carrying role.
  • Experience in business development or new-client acquisition within complex, intangible sales environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in selling to and/or influencing C-level executives. HRTech experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
