AutoCAD Draughtsman

Creating detailed 2D drawings: Producing precise plans, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings based on sketches, specifications, and project requirements. Developing 3D models and renderings Collaborating with architects and engineers: Working closely with senior architects and engineers to understand design specifications and requirements, contributing to the development of initial concepts, and ensuring drawings reflect the final design vision. Revising and updating drawings: Modifying existing drawings and plans as needed to accommodate design changes, client feedback, or evolving project requirements. Conducting quality checks: Reviewing drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and standards Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with Customer & team members and potentially with other departments.  Generating leads: Identifying potential customers and converting them into leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills
