ATM Installation and Service

You are a proactive and technically skilled ATM Service Officer responsible for handling all aspects of ATM servicing, including pre-installation, installation, training, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance. Your role involves being the face of the company during customer interactions and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Your key responsibilities will include handling pre-installation site readiness, installation, and commissioning of ATM machines, conducting customer training post-installation, performing scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and attending Breakdown Maintenance (BDM) as required, troubleshooting and resolving technical faults in ATMs, attending to and resolving all customer complaints promptly, collaborating with customer support and R&D teams for escalated issues or technical feedback, maintaining detailed service logs and reports, and building strong relationships with customers through effective communication. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Diploma / B.E. in EEE or ECE, with at least 1 year of relevant experience or freshers willing to work as service technicians. This role is open to male candidates only due to travel requirements. Proficiency in the local language and English is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, good listening and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel extensively.
