Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a visionary AVP - Sales to lead and scale our sales efforts across domestic (India) and international (US, UK, EU, APAC) markets . This role combines strategic sales leadership with deep technical understanding to drive business growth across industries by offering cutting-edge digital solutions including Web, Mobile, SaaS, IoT, AI/ML, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader with strong experience in consultative selling, client engagement, and technical solutioning for custom software development and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution for global and India markets. Generate and manage high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Deliver strong consultative selling and technical solutioning across web, mobile, and advanced technologies like AI, ML, IoT, cloud-native development, and automation platforms. Generate high-quality leads via inbound and outbound channels. Build, lead, and scale lead generation efforts with measurable outcomes. Engage with clients to understand complex business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and build custom digital solutions in partnership with internal solutioning teams. Collaborate with pre-sales, architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to craft winning proposals. Own revenue targets, forecast sales performance, and manage the entire sales pipeline through CRM and sales automation tools. Build relationships with C-level executives, product owners, and procurement heads. Provide market insights, track competitors, and continuously refine positioning to stay ahead. Participate in conferences, tech events, and client demos to strengthen the company s presence. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance sales team. Collaborate closely with marketing to support demand generation and branding initiatives. Technologies/Platforms Focus: Web & Mobile Application Development SaaS & Custom Software Solutions AI/ML & Data Analytics IoT Solutions & Integration Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Enterprise Solutions & APIs Key Requirements: 15+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales, preferably in IT Services or SaaS product companies. At least 5 years in a leadership / consultative role, with experience leading a distributed team. Strong background in lead generation, strategic sales planning, and technical consultative selling. Demonstrated success in closing large deals across both international and Indian clients. Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, and automation tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker, but also hands-on with execution and team development. Solid understanding of sales lifecycle, CRM tools, and business metrics.
