Roles Responsibilities Coordinating between Onshore Offshore team Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external Provide World Class Customer Service Engaged in handling calls of enterprises different business units (Internal External in US) Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis. Creating functional requirements and data mapping specification for projects Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in writing emails Problem-solving aptitude Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheets Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality Prior experience in the Medical Billing industry is a plus.
