Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
Utilize blended process skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives within the international BPO environment.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English language (written & verbal) for effective interaction with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language is mandatatory.
Proficiency in handling emails, chats, voice support processes.
