Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Associate Vice President in the National SaT-SaT division, located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuation, modeling, and economics. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide support to the team in managing engagements efficiently and productively. Assist in marketing pitches and financial modeling. Conduct data analysis, financial analysis, and modeling. Perform market research (primary and secondary). Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, Word, and PowerPoint. Thrive in unstructured situations and provide insightful solutions. ### Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in merchant banking, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, buyback & delisting offers. Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good communication skills, both written and oral, including report writing. Analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments. Practical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Qualification: MBA/CA/CS/LLB.
