Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in

  data migration

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft SQL Server

  and T-SQL (complex queries, joins, indexing, and profiling).
• Proven experience using

  Salesforce Data Loader

  for bulk data operations.
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce CRM architecture

  , including object relationships and schema design.
• Strong background in

  data transformation and cleansing techniques

• Experience with

  large-scale data migration projects

  involving CRM or ERP systems.
• Exposure to

  ETL tools

  such as Talend, Informatica, Mulesoft, or custom scripts.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

  Administrator

  Data Architecture & Management Designer

  ) are a plus.
• Knowledge of

  Apex

  Salesforce Flows

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute

  end-to-end data migration activities

  , including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Develop and optimize

  complex SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures

  for data profiling, analysis, and validation.
• Utilize

  Salesforce Data Loader

  and/or

  Apex DataLoader CLI

  to manage high-volume data imports and exports.
• Understand and work with the

  Salesforce data model

  , including standard/custom objects and relationships (Lookup, Master-Detail).
• Perform

  data cleansing, de-duplication

  , and transformation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  data-related issues

  , load failures, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data mapping requirements and ensure accurate system integration.
• Ensure

  data integrity

  , adherence to compliance standards, and document migration processes and mappings.
• Ability to independently

  analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve

  data-related issues effectively.
• Follow

  best practices

  for data security, performance tuning, and migration efficiency.
