Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Sales Support to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales support, supply chain management, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Prepare MIS for large corporate clients across India, track repayments, fees, and disbursement status, and manage sanction terms and conditions.

Coordinate with regions to prepare monthly pipeline reports and daily TDS query resolution.

Track the pipeline and perform post-disbursement activities including collection, deferral, and PDD.

Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to resolve issues related to overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection.

Collect deferral MIS from CAD Team and coordinate with regions for closure.

Maintain collections data for all corporate cases and provide weekly regional data to MD.

Intimate RM on daily overdues and prepare visit, opportunity, and lead reports.

Provide PPT required for review with MD.

Job

Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in sales support, supply chain management, or a related field.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Be proficient in MS Office and other software applications with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have knowledge of banking and financial services industry practices and regulations.
