Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Sales Support to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales support, supply chain management, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Prepare MIS for large corporate clients across India, track repayments, fees, and disbursement status, and sanction terms and conditions.
Coordinate with all regions to prepare the monthly pipeline report and track pipeline daily.
Handle post-disbursement activities, including collection, deferral, and PDD.
Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to resolve issues related to overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection.
Collect deferral MIS from CAD Team and coordinate with all regions for closure.
Track collections of all corporate cases and provide region-wise data on a weekly basis.
Intimate RM about overdues daily and prepare visit, opportunity, and lead reports.
Provide weekly presentations to MD using PPT.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Experience in sales support, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
