Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Risk Containment Unit team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough investigations into high-risk transactions and activities.
Analyze data and evidence to identify trends and patterns of fraudulent behavior.
Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks associated with specific products or services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of risk containment plans.
Provide expert guidance on risk assessment and mitigation techniques to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting risk management practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
