We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate in the Risk Containment Unit at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, with 1-3 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and trends. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize losses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of financial reports to identify areas of improvement. Provide expert advice on risk management best practices to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in risk management. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI operations and regulations.
