IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager-Liabilities. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the liabilities portfolio of the branch through effective relationship management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase the liabilities portfolio of the branch
• Identify and understand the financial needs of customers and provide them with suitable solutions
• Cross-sell various banking products and services to customers to increase revenue and deepen relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up on leads to generate new business
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location
