Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the progress of multiple development teams.
• Ensure alignment of development efforts with client expectations and deliverables.
• Evaluate developer performance based on tasks, timelines, and quality.
• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and developers.
• Monitor and resolve issues using tools like Jira.
• Follow and enforce Agile practices and methodologies.
• Generate progress reports and share updates with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a project/delivery management or coordination role.
• Basic technical understanding (preferably with Python or familiarity with Jira tickets).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate and guide developer tasks effectively.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based tracking.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
