Job Description

As the Associate Director - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring operations across India, focusing on driving scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent, especially within Technology Enablement. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders in India and globally to shape the talent strategy, enhance the employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned recruitment leader with a strong track record in technical hiring and a deep understanding of the regional talent market. You must excel in influencing senior stakeholders, managing high-performing teams, and implementing process improvements through data-driven insights. Success in this position also hinges on your ability to work closely with U.S.-based counterparts to ensure a cohesive global recruiting operation. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus. With at least 12 years of recruitment experience, including 4 years in a leadership role, you should specialize in technical recruitment and have a proven ability to build employer branding initiatives and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in the IT talent market in India will enable you to design and execute strategic, data-driven hiring plans to meet the organization's complex needs. In this role, your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for India operations, partnering with U.S. and India-based leadership, building talent pipelines for critical roles, leading and mentoring a team of Recruiters, driving employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment workflows, ensuring compliance with hiring policies, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. To excel in this position, you will need strong people management, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and execute complex hiring strategies. Proficiency in ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics is preferred. Additionally, experience recruiting for international firms, working across global time zones, and aligning with international hiring managers will be beneficial in this role.
