Key responsibilities of the Assistant Vice President - Fundraising include leading fundraising initiatives for project and PropTech capital, structuring investment proposals, preparing financial models and investment decks, evaluating potential land or development projects, and collaborating with external stakeholders to facilitate deal closures.
