End-to-End Tender Management: Oversee the complete tender process, starting from the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and costing to the crafting and submission of the final bid. Tender Documentation: Prepare comprehensive tender documents, aligning with project requirements for various projects within the electrical wires and cable sector. Commercial and Technical Proposals: Develop competitive commercial and technical proposals to meet client specifications and company objectives. Vendor Registration and Collaboration: Lead vendor registration with key entities across EPC & MEP Consultants Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and adherence to submission timelines. Attend clarification meetings as required. Risk Assessment and Bid Management: Conduct a thorough assessment of project risks, managing the bid/no-bid process based on comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations. Performance Analysis Reporting: Prepare weekly performance analysis reports for company stakeholders, detailing tendering progress, challenges, and strategic insights.
