Assistant Team Lead

• Support the Team Lead in daily operations including first-mile, mid-mile, or last-mile logistics.
• Supervise a team of delivery associates, warehouse staff, or sorting executives depending on the function.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in shift planning and roster management.
• Help in resolving team conflicts and promoting team motivation.
• Provide basic training and support to new staff.
• Assist in handling inbound/outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and inventory management.
• Support in conducting regular quality checks and audits.
• Update management on daily operations through MIS reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as customer service, transport, and tech support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
