KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procurement & Vendor Management:

    Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Inventory & Stores Management:

    Maintain optimal stock levels, oversee storage conditions, and prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Cost Control & Budgeting:

    Implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring high-quality procurement
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintain accurate records, and manage purchase orders
  • Quality Assurance:

    Verify product quality and standards before acceptance
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on market trends and identify new supplier opportunities
  • Departmental Coordination:

    Work closely with F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and other teams to meet operational needs


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in supply chain, procurement, business administration or hotel management
  • Experience in hotel purchasing, stores management, and vendor negotiations essential
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in procurement & inventory management software
