Job Summary:

The Department of Applied Science at SR Group of Institutions, Jhansi is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals for the position of Faculty in Engineering Mathematics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Engineering Mathematics to undergraduate students of various engineering disciplines, actively engaging in academic development, and contributing to institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and tutorials in Engineering Mathematics to B.Tech students across various branches.
• Design, prepare, and develop instructional materials such as syllabus, lesson plans, and question banks.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and other assessment methods.
• Mentor students for academic and career guidance.
• Contribute to curriculum development and revision aligned with AICTE and university standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and other institutional activities.
• Engage in scholarly research, publications, and attend faculty development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote interdisciplinary learning.
• Maintain records of students’ academic progress and attendance.
• Support and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the department and institution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong subject knowledge in Engineering Mathematics, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Probability, and Statistics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using ICT tools and online platforms for teaching.
• Commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to the academic community.
