The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D. in Design or related areas from a reputable institution, along with demonstrated experience in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels. You should have a strong desire to publish in prestigious journals, secure research funding, and exhibit proficiency in pedagogical tools and processes. Effective interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for this role. Candidates with a doctoral degree in Design, as well as Bachelors and Masters degrees in the same field, are eligible to apply. A Master's degree with 55% marks in a relevant area is a prerequisite for consideration. Multiple vacancies are available in the department of Design, with immediate joiners being given preference.
