Job Description

Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles in power plants and logistics sectors.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English with candidates and internal teams.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in power plants and logistics industries.
Strong understanding of blue-collar hiring processes.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English is must.
Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
Good networking and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4-8 years of recruiting experience.
Prior experience in power plant and logistics hiring is highly preferred.

Note:

NON IT industry (No IT or ITES or Generalist please)
Industry - Should have experience working for Thermal Power plants or Logistics or Mining companies.
Speaking in - Hindi and English is must, Telugu is a plus
