Experience

4+ years of relevant experience

Strong modelling skills with experience in energy/power sector needed.

Candidates with past consulting experience preferred.

Should be well versed with state specific language - (UP - Hindi, Gujarat - Gujarati, Telangana - Telugu, Maharashtra - Marathi, MP - Marathi/Hindi) and English

Role

Shows a personal commitment to understanding and meeting internal stakeholders needs

Assesses a problem from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered

Asks relevant questions to get clarity over key issues

Demonstrates curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives

Ensures documentation of all important activities discussed in internal/client/stakeholder meetings

Anticipates the needs of the business, listens to and addresses concerns

Applies sound judgement when faced with moderately difficult decisions

Delivers high quality work, on time and within budget

Consults and escalates timely on issues beyond her/his own experience or skill set

Responds positively to feedback on work requests/ reviews

Adheres to operational excellence norms

Effective incident information sharing with relevant stakeholders to enable timely preventive actions

Proactively seeks the views and opinions of others
