Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving sales targets for residential/commercial properties.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
