Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the sales team in achieving sales targets for residential/commercial properties.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
