Assistant manager - Investment perfomance analyst

You should have strong experience in leading teams of 4-8 members. Your foundation in fixed income, equity, or other capital market instruments should be very good. You must possess hands-on experience in researching or analyzing the performance of financial instruments using performance attribution models. It is important that you have a solid understanding of risk management, especially in market risk. Ideally, you should have an MBA along with certifications like CFA or FRM, which would be considered an added advantage. You should have 5-8 years of experience working with multi-asset classes, performance attribution, and risk analysis. Additionally, you should have 2-3 years of experience managing large or global teams, including experience with a "follow the sun" model for global client support. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid setup with more time spent in the office than working from home. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential for this role.,
