Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Review and preparation of Loop Diagrams & Overall System Interconnection Diagrams.
Review and preparation of Junction Box Wiring Diagrams, MCT Arrangement Drawings.
Review and preparation of instrument and JB schedules, Cable schedules.
Review and preparation of Instrument & Junction Box Layouts, Cable Tray & Tube Tray Layouts.
Review and preparation of Fire & Gas, ESD, FSD and Fusible Plug Layouts, Instrument Installation & Hook-up Diagrams.
Review and preparation of Instrument Bulk Material Take-Off.
Review of vendor documents for ICSS,ESD ,F&G and Field devices.
Work with Engineers and Designers both within and outside the discipline to ensure instruments are selected, installed, and configured for optimum operation and accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

B.Tech in Instrumentation/ECE
8- 12 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on Instrumentation design for Well Head Automation
Good knowledge of international codes & standards

Software's :

3D modelling software
Plant Design System (PDS 3D) / Smart plant 3D (SP3D), Plant design management system (PDMS)
3D review Software
Smart plant reviewer/ Naviswork Freedom
2D CAD Software
– AutoCAD
SPI
