We are seeking a motivation and personable for Institutional Sales and relationship management to help with efforts in building meaningful relationships with an institution's prolific alumni to motivate to contribute time and capital. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the institution and its alumni, developing strategies to build connection, trust, and sustained giving. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with alumni through consistent outreach, communication, and engagement strategies Fundraising & Donor Relationship management Communicate the vision, impact, and importance of the Endowment Fund Organize one-on-one meetings, calls, and virtual/in-person events to engage alumni and inspire giving Events & Campaigns Support or lead alumni-focused fundraising events, giving days, and donor appreciation initiatives Work with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling content and campaign materials Reporting & Strategy Track engagement metrics, pledges, and fundraising performance Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities Support the development and execution of the annual alumni engagement and fundraising strategy Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Fundraising, Public Relations, or a related field Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism Proven ability to manage relationships and sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM systems or donor databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) is an advantage
