Assistant Manager

Job Description

Infinity Protections is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams, clients, and management. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while upholding our commitment to high-quality security services. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily operations across deployment sites and office functions Coordinate with site supervisors and field officers to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor staff attendance, shift allocations, and duty rosters Liaise with clients for feedback, issue resolution, and service updates Support in onboarding, briefing, and documentation of new guards/staff Maintain and update operational reports, registers, and compliance records Assist in inventory management (uniforms, equipment, etc.) Follow up on incident reports, guard performance, and client complaints Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory norms, and quality standards Prepare MIS reports and share weekly/monthly summaries with senior management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Proficiency in MS Office Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: operations/admin roles (security industry preferred): 4 years (Required) Security: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
