Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
  • Managing employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and presenting candidates effectively to hiring managers
  • Managing smooth and timely exit processes
  • Planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Supporting and promoting a positive, inclusive organizational culture

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years of experience in recruitment and generalist HR roles
  • Exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of HR
  • Candidates with social sector/NGO background preferred, though strong profiles from other industries are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
