Job Title: Assistant Manager
Department: Engineering
Reporting To: Deputy Manager - NPD
Key Responsibilities:

• Verify in-house and outsourced mold validation reports and sample inspection reports.
• Manage sample dispatch to customers (new and existing).
• Create part drawings and verify tool layouts.
• Submit sample inspection reports to customers and vendors.
• Provide technical support to vendors for new part development.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documents as per customer requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Coordinate with the tool room for new part development.
• Handle customer communication (telephonic & WhatsApp).
• Oversee exhibition sample preparation.

Minimum Job Requirements:Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) OR
• Graduate (General)

Experience:

• 5+ years in mold design, manufacturing, or related engineering roles.

Technical Skills:

• NX 11 software, 3D & Engineering Drawings
• Mold Design, Development, & Maintenance
• APQP, PPAP, RM & Tools Knowledge
• Machine Knowledge (VMC, Milling, Lathe)

Behavioral Skills:

• Leadership, Communication, Conflict Resolution
• Time Management, Decision Making, Stress Management

Age: 23–28 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
