Job Description

Role of Customer Service-Operations

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our customer service operations team. This role involves managing client interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and continuously improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Relevant years of work experience in customer service or operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred skills

Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
