Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Corporate Salary at Axis Bank, located in Haldia. The Assistant Manager will handle the day-to-day sales & operations related to corporate salary accounts, assist customers with account-related queries, manage the processing of salary uploads, and ensure compliance with KYC norms. The role involves close coordination with corporate clients to service their requirements efficiently and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance understanding
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of field sales is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
• Basic knowledge about the geographical location
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
