We are looking for Asst Manager Legal Counsel for Leading OEM based Industry - Gurugram. The position is responsible for Contract Management i.e. drafting, vetting, standardization and negotiation of agreements/ commercial contracts, Tender management i.e tender legal evaluation needed for business operations of the company. The position is responsible for Legal advisory & Legal Research towards the business operations of the company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in handling multi-product and service segment clients in a consumer durable goods/Electronics industry. Should be familiar with Consumer/Advertisement laws, IT & Data Privacy Laws, Competition Law. Excellent drafting skills, Eye for detail, very good Negotiation and Influencing Skills, logical & practical approach, Strong persuasive skills coupled with use of tact and ability to work under high levels of stress with stringent timelines.
