Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst. HR Manager to join our team in Sector 43, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, preferably in a manufacturing company setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other recruitment software tools.
