Assembly Technician / Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic assembly, particularly in PCB fabrication, soldering, and wire harness preparation.

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or ITI in relevant trade preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred or Freshers with training are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly of electronic and electromechanical components.

Solder components on PCBs with precision and reliability.

Carry out PCB fabrication and rework as per the requirement.

Prepare and assemble wire harnesses and connectors as per electrical drawings.

Inspect assembled parts for quality and functionality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and ESD protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with hand soldering (through-hole and SMD components).

Familiarity with basic electronics tools (multimeter, soldering station, crimping tools, etc.).

Ability to read and understand basic circuit diagrams and wiring layouts.

Experience in PCB handling, mounting, and fabrication.

Understanding of cable harnessing techniques and standards.

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
