Minimum 4 years of experience in Process engineering, PFMEA, DELMIA, process documentation. Understanding of NPI Stage-Gate processes (APQP is a must). Knowledge of general assembly processes, electrical harness assembly, and process engineering. Familiarity with design for manufacturing/assembly (DFM/DFA) and GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing). A background in lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma tools. Experience with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Proficiency in quality standards, EHS requirements, and ergonomics.
